IBA are delighted to announce that long standing member Reinhild Raistrick's fabulous work, illustrating the ten types of orchid found on Lindisfarne, is now on at Kew Botanical Gardens. This includes the rare Lindisfarne Helleborine (Epipactus Sancta) believed to be one of the rarest plants in Britain.
The work is housed in the Library Reading Room, in the Herbarium Building, and entry is free.

The exhibition runs alongside the large Orchid Festival, held in the gardens in the Princess of Wales Conservatory, well worth a visit for orchid fans. Entry to the festival included in entry to the gardens.
